The new top-of-the-line Oticon Epoq is now available. This hearing aid has unique wireless features.

The wireless connection between the left and right hearing aids enhances some of the naturally occurring cues that help us hear better with two ears. The coordination of the two hearing aids is designed to improve our ability to localize and single out individual sounds and voices in noisy situations.
The Epoq can be coupled to a bluetooth transmitter, called a Streamer, which allows real time audio streaming to both ears from electronic sources, such as cell phones or MP3 players.
The Epoq is one of the most advanced hearing aids on the market today. Other features include feedback cancellation, up to four custom listening programs, wind noise protection, and optional t-coil for telephone use. The Epoq is available in all styles, including an open-fit Epoq for people with mostly high-frequency hearing loss. We have started fitting the Epoq recently, and initial impressions are very positive. It will be an excellent option for people who have particular challenges listening in background noise and other complex listening situations.
